With full free and spontaneous breathing as practiced in yoga sessions, there is mental clarity and focused concentration. This is the one resource, which is always available to us, however incapacitated we are. Other yoga practices such as pawanmuktanasana one, gentle restorative asana, relaxation, meditation and observance of 'yama' and 'niyama' will support healing as inner strength and emotional and mental stability are achieved.
