The weekend will involve a two night stay at the Confluence Centre in Kilnsey between Grassington and Kettlewell.

All bedrooms have twin beds (NO bunks!!) ample shower and toilet facilities close to rooms. Have the room to yourself, share with a yoga friend or non-yoga friend. There is a reduction for those sharing a room.
The cost of the yoga break is £160 per person and includes 6 yoga sessions with a small group of people, refreshments and all meals, which will be mainly vegetarian and all home-cooked. The afternoon is left free for you to explore the area.
